With the current covid-19 growing daily, we have stopped our shipping worldwide as many countires are in complete lockdown. All the countires we do ship to are listed below.

 Australia, New Zealnd, United States, Canada and United Kingdom.

HOW DO WE SHIP OUR PACKAGES?

Due to the new Australian Goverment laws that are implemted to stop covid-19 we are unable to order stock in bulk so for the time being all packages will be shipped from our manufacturers in China.

Packages will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.

DO WE PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, this contains your tracking information.

If you have not receive your tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? 

Most of our manufacturers in China do ship our orders by ePacket or EMS. You will also receive a link to to thier tracking page. If your tracking page does not show any updates on your order, please email info@addiction.clothing.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

As our different manufacturers will be shipping products during covid-19 period, items in the same purchase will  be sent in separates packages. You will still receive tracking codes for each product.
